Week 14 All my Exes live in Texas!

FRIENDS AND FAMILY, BROTHERS AND SISTERS, CHILDREN OF GOD!

THE LAST EXCHANGE OF THE TRANSFER! Boy oh boy was it a good one. I went to Woodland with Sister Dribnak and we killed it. We both made the goal to talk to everyone that we saw and I am not joking when I say that we talked to EVERYONE! We stopped people that were getting out of their car, we got out of our car, we awkwardly bugged this lady right as she was leaving her apartment. It was LOVELY! There were many awkward run ins BUT WORTH IT because we found 6 solid potentials!!!! I was so so happy that I got to go and help out and it was so so much fun! We also decided that since we were in Woodland for exercise time in the morning we called up the elders (2 sets in the area) and decided to go and ball with them. To say the least we crushed them. Me and Sister Dribnak are straight ballers.

We also had interviews with President and got some pretty BIG NEWS! DRUMMM ROLLL PLEASSSSEEEEE......
ON OCTOBER 26, 27, AND 28 WE GET TO HAVE A MEMBER OF THE 12 APOSTLES COME AND SPEAK TO US AND 2 MEMBERS OF THE QUORUM OF THE 70!!!!
I honestly have no idea how I got so blessed. I am stoked.

ALSO MIRACLE!! We get this call yesterday from Texas, and we were like what the....we dont know anyone from Texas. But we answer it anyways and turns out it is the missionaries in El Paso! Remember Jose #2? He up and moved to Texas a couple weeks ago, well we texted him for his address so that we could refer him and he didnt text back BUT the Elders in Texas call us yesterday and are like hey we tracted into someone named Jose and he said that He used to be taught there...MIRACLE!!! God really is in the details people, it is so so cool and I am so happy that Jose and his family have the opportunity to continue being taught!

We got to see Denise again yesterday! I still love her. She was going through a really hard time because this women works 2 jobs, and takes care of 5 dogs....including 2 puppies in this little ol apartment! When we went over there she was feeling very overwhelmed and was lowkey trying to drop us but we got her to agree to let us help her and we did an impromptu service project. We went and changed into our grubby clothes and came back and went to work. I was really glad that we got to serve her and she kept crying because she said that she was just so grateful that the angels in heaven had sent us. I really loved it a lot, spreading the love is one of my favorite aspects of the work. I really do just love these people.

As much as I love these people sometimes I want to shake them into understanding...Angelo didn't come to church yesterday so that was rough sauce. We did have a really good lesson with him though and he is still reading everday in the Book of Mormon, so hey count your blessings. We got to see James this week and that went really well! He goes out of town a lot so that is rough but I am excited to teach him more!

TRANSFERS ARE ON MONDAY AND I CANNOT BELIEVE. THIS TRANSFER WENT BY SO SO SO FAST. President said something to Sister Bunch during interviews that has me kinda convinced that I will be leaving West wacky. RIP, I just got this feeling ya know? But really only God knows so catch me next week, whether it is here in West Sacramento or not.

Mucho love,
Sister Tams

Other/Funny Stuff:
-Denise told us that we are in her contacts as the Mormon Triplets
-We found out this week that Sister Schmutz is secretly a prodigee. The girl literally has her own album. Her mom sent it our way this week and it is SO GOOD. Its all about God and family and she is uber talented. Im hoping to get a signed copy.
-We started teaching this new guy named Marcus, we think he is gonna be the next prophet. He just offered us tea though and tried to hug us...so we still have some small things to work out.
-We taught my sweet Etta this week and in the lesson she just says "I never though I would be in the LDS church.....but I am proud of my church." My whole heart, I ADORE HER.
-I was weak and had sugar over exchanges....does it really count though if you aren't in your area?

Sorry I didn't take like any pics but here is me and Sister Dribnak right after balling super hard and me, Sister Bunker, and Sister Barr from last week at MLC! (SO STOEKD THAT SISTER BARR GOT TO JOIN US FROM CANADA!)
